GHL Specialist &
Automation Engineer.

I build the whole system inside GoHighLevel — funnels, memberships, calendars, payment logic and every automation that ties them together — so coaches, event brands and small teams can run end-to-end without duct tape.

GoHighLevel

Every moving piece of a coaching business, built inside one system.

I've built funnels, on-demand webinars, membership access rules, payment logic and long-running nurture campaigns end-to-end in GHL — for agency accounts, client sub-accounts and full snapshots. Below is a generic look at the workflow shapes I use most.

01

Event & webinar funnels

Opt-in / thank you / join pages, replay windows, and buyer-branching thank-you pages for OTOs and VIP upgrades.

02

Memberships & course access

Tiered access with tag-based unlocks, deposit vs full-pay branches, and time-boxed access removal.

03

Calendars & group calls

Weekly group calls, one-to-one bookings, tier-based call rotation (e.g. Tuesday → Thursday on progression).

04

Long-form nurture

Time-based sequences that pause on purchase, resume on inactivity, and recycle after a set window.

05

Payments & contracts

Deposit → full-payment flows, form-style contracts (e-signed), automatic access grants on payment.

06

External integrations

Bridged GHL with Zapier, Google Sheets attendance trackers, and third-party webinar / payment tools.

Case Study

Robyn Crane Inc. — full stack migration into GHL.

Migrated a high-ticket coaching business off ClickFunnels + Keap + Zapier and rebuilt every part of the funnel-to-fulfilment machine natively inside GoHighLevel — agency and client sub-accounts included.

The Before

A funnel patchwork spread across ClickFunnels for pages, Keap for the CRM and email, and Zapier to keep everything speaking. Every new offer meant another Zap, another integration seam, another thing to break.

The Migration

Rebuilt the whole business inside GHL from end to end. Agency-level setup, client sub-account, funnels re-authored natively, all automations rewritten inside GHL, payment processing moved in, and Zapier kept only where GHL genuinely couldn't reach (e.g. Google Sheets attendance tracking).

What Runs Inside GHL

Free-webinar funnel (opt-in / thank you / join), reminder and replay sequences, no-show and attendee branches, upsell into a paid 3-day event, tier-1/2/3 upsell within the event, deposit vs full-payment contract flows, membership access with 6-month time-out, weekly group call rotations, and a full nurture that pauses on purchase and recycles after 3 months of silence.

The business flow, end-to-end

1
Ads + nurture drive to a free webinarFB ads and long-form nurture email push cold and warm leads into a 1-hour free webinar opt-in.
2
3-step webinar funnelOpt-in → thank-you → join-Zoom page (with an attendance form). Attendee tag is set from the form.
3
Reminders, replays & branchesReminder emails before, replay window for 5 days after, and separate sequences for non-buyers, no-shows, and attendees (with a bring-a-friend discount).
4
Webinar drives to a 3-day paid eventMultiple funnels per traffic source, each with sales page → order form → OTO VIP → tiered thank-you pages, plus a bonus webinar for purchases inside the first 24 hours.
5
Event dashboards & prerequisitesMembership dashboards for both products, holding every prerequisite and pre-work the buyer needs to complete.
6
High-ticket coaching offer, revealed on Day 2Its own sales page, order form, and thank-you page. Discounted price during the 3-day event, back to normal after. Buying on Day 1, 2 or 3 unlocks a different bonus each.
7
3 coaching tiers, deposit or pay-in-fullDeposit unlocks restricted access + a 5-day contract to complete the balance. Pay in full unlocks the full course + a we-owe-you-nothing contract.
8
Weekly calls that rotate on progressionTuesday call for the first 6 weeks, then Thursday call once the client levels up — through the end of the 6-month subscription.
9
Attendance & progress trackingGoogle Sheet tracker (via Zapier bridge) for attendance, missed sessions, form submissions, and progress.
10
Long-form nurture that recyclesTime-based nurture runs to month 3. Buyers get pulled out; silence past month 3 sends them back to month one.
Automations

The plumbing outside the CRM — real, production n8n workflows.

When a job needs more than what GHL alone can carry — AI classification, multi-system database joins, scheduled batch operations against a real CRM — this is the layer I build. Three real workflows I've shipped:

Business Experience

The Freedom Geek — the role that made me end-to-end.

For three years I effectively ran alongside my boss — whatever he did, I did too. That's where the operations muscle behind the automation came from.

What's Your Flan? — I own a branch, too.

I own and run a branch of What's Your Flan? — a leche-flan brand here in Baguio. I handle the business planning, social media, automations and logistics. We also make the flans ourselves — the operations experience above isn't theoretical.

Why this matters for clients: I've been on every side of a small business — the CRM, the ad account, the customer chat, and the kitchen. When I automate a business, I automate for the people who actually run it.
